We hook arms with the tourism industry!
The Swedish tourism industry is an important driver of the Swedish economy, a marketing window to international guests and an important part of driving sustainability work for the industry.
Therefore, we are proud to announce that Circular Gastronomy and the Sustainable Hospitality Network will be partners of BITE Stockholm.
“In the association Nätverket Hållbar Besöksnäring, the entire Swedish tourism industry is committed to driving sustainability work forward, faster. We are proud to participate in BITE Stockholm, a long-awaited arena for knowledge exchange and inspiration,” says Kristin Lundén from the Sustainable Hospitality Network. The Sustainable Hospitality Network will be present during the two days of the fair and also take place on stage.
“Circular Gastronomy will be attending BITE because we know that participants share our vision of a more circular and sustainable food system. We will encourage everyone we meet to send us suggestions for making restaurants, cafés, bakeries and bars more circular,” says Per Styregård from Circular Gastronomy. Per will be present during the two days of the fair together with Ami Hovstadius in the media lounge and also on stage. Ready to talk circular gastronomy and receive tips and suggestions from visitors.
Welcome to Team BITE we say!
The network for the Swedish food system, and part of the LRF Media group,
has for many years been a central gathering place for both innovators, producers and innovative players in the food system. With its popular AGFO Talks and perhaps the industry’s most comprehensive newsletter, they have been spreading knowledge and new trends to large parts of the food system since 2017.
– We are both excited and happy about our collaboration with BITE Stockholm and look forward to the question of what we will eat in the future being raised in yet another arena. AGFO is part of the media house LRF Media and we are driven by sharing insights and knowledge about what is required for companies in the food sector to develop and be profitable, says Annika Lindecrantz, Business Area Manager AGFO.
Hotell och restaurang is the industry’s largest independent magazine that reaches out both digitally and in printed form. It combines important industry news with updates and trends that affect everyone in the hotel and restaurant sector in Sweden.
– We are part of the link for companies to reach out to the industry, of course we are at BITE Stockholm to network and report on new knowledge and products, says Annika Rådlund, Editor-in-Chief of Tidningen Hotell & Restaurang.
